You Can't Stop Rock 'n' Roll is Twisted Sister's second full-length album, released on June 27, 1983.
The songs: "The Kids Are Back", "I Am (I'm Me)" and the homonymous "You Can't Stop Rock 'n' Roll" were released as singles. The album was certified as a Gold Album for USA for selling over 500,000 items.[2] “Metal-rules.com” put the album in their list of “The Top 100 Heavy Metal Albums”.[3]

- In one series of Brainiac: Science Abuse, the song "You Can't Stop Rock 'n' Roll" was used as an experiment to show what things could be used to stop rock and roll, using various chemicals and a stereo.
